Special notes
• Please contact us if you require assisted delivery with your order. We will advise
you on your individual
requirements, though please note:
Parcels: Our carriers can deliver your parcels to a
point of access within the
premises (eg front door, loading bay) but not carried further (eg upstairs
staffroom). Please therefore make your own
arrangements for outside
help if this level of service is required.
Pallets: We can arrange in advance for pallets to be unloaded, but this is not a standard service offered by our carriers and is therefore subject to individual circumstances (eg see
below).
Architectural features (eg narrow archways) can also impact on the level of
assisted delivery we can offer
(eg too narrow for lorry to proceed).
It is however easy to
dismantle small boxes from
the pallets once the straps have been cut - though again,
please make your own arrangements for outside
help if required.
• If you order a product to your own specification this
may be +/- 5% of the quantity of your original
order and will be charged accordingly.
• If your order is sent in several batches each
delivery is invoiced separately and then
allocated a proportion of the total handling and despatch charges (only one invoice
will show carriage costs).
• Faulty goods are of course
replaced free of charge (see Terms & Conditions).
• Please tell us within 3 working days if there is an error in your invoice or
